Ch.2 Pg. 47-48

I did not blog last night. I was so tired and just didn't want to think. It was a day.. not a bad day but there was a Little stress sprinkled through out the day. 

Work ... Was productive. I got done quite a bit and I'm happy about that. Tuesday will be busy in the morning but hopefully not horrible. 

I left at 1:30, went to the bank and got the rest of my rent. I signed my papers and I have my keys. I found an email this morning stating my Gas has started. So my little rental house is officially mine. 

I ran to Elkhart and dropped off T's belongings and headed home. There I showered and finished what I needed and hit the road. I'd noticed donuts in the table from Rise & Roll. I'd been told they were really good and well these were coated in cinnamon so I couldn't pass them up! I took two with me and they were my Dashboard Donuts for the drive lol. 

I stopped for gas and decided coffee too because I could feel how tired I was. My eyes were an issue for sure. I just wanted to get there and be done for the night. 

My latte ended up as two because the ticket printed twice and they made it twice so I heated that baby up this morning! 

It was a 2 hr and 45 min drive, I chatted with Mom for a bit in the start of the drive but otherwise just music. It was a rather peaceful drive until Chicago, fuck that traffic man. 

Seriously and I do not do well not knowing where I'm going. I really don't. I'd put off stopping to pee and was good until the last 30 min or so. Then the last 15 min were a struggle. I tried to get off the highway but that was not a good idea.. there was a train and the only place to stop was on the other side of the tracks. Back on the highway. I got min away and found a McDonald's and boom. Stopped ordered food and peed. My room was just 3 min away. 

I booked a room through Wyndham.. kinda regret not using the free room because in the end it was almost $200 and I don't want to use my credit card anymore. 

I'm not planning to spend much this trip but I'm also planning cash and I will pay for parking in cash as well. No more credit usage. I want to build my credit not get myself trapped again. 

Man.. I thought I could do this on the plane but it's not saving and I really do NOT want to lose what I've typed 😂.. it's stayed! ... also I used the card 😬😂.

The room was actually really nice and the bed super comfortable. Didn't really sleep but I wasn't exhausted. I got a shower in and gpsed to the parking lot to park my car. I thought it was supposed to be inside.. it was not and I was unprepared for the 14 degrees and strong wind I was walking into to get to the elevator.. it was literally cold AF. Even my cute peacoat barely added coverage lol..

 It truly stressed me out. I had no idea where I was going or what I was doing. By the time I got to security it just got worse lol. There were dogs and cops in like riot gear. It was stupid anxiety ridden lol. 

I sat down with 38 min until boarding. 

Finally we were on the plane.

I said good bye Chicago...

It was a full plane.. I didn't know what to do. I needed to pee and refused. I read a little, kinda updated my planner and obviously my blog as stated above. 

The clouds looked like you just wanted to lay down. 

after a quick hour and 45 min we were saying hello to Charlotte. 

Fuxk Charlotte airport.... That's all I'm saying. It was stupid stressful just trying to find Marci lol. But finally we did. I left my phone in the car so I couldn't take pics at breakfast.  They took me to a fire and old little joint and it was so good!! 

We then dropped Trey off and set out. 

She took me to two different Antique Masls and it was so cool! 

The first one I found a cute Exit 420 sign and two magnets for my new poltergeist and Halloween!

The second one though!! I found Lock, Shock and Barrel Squishmallows! They are so so hard to find and they're absolutely stuffed in my suitcase! 

I can't wait to Get Oogie Boogie out to put them with him!! I spy my cute ass sign too! Just gotta figure out where to put it. I wish I could put it on the garage pointing to the side room but I'm not sure my landlords are supportive so, It's best not to but oh it's cute. 

And there was an Old Bob's Big Boy.. 

I also found the cutest hat!! Mom said "Splurge! It makes your eyes Pop! So I did. 

This was my favorite of the two but its also twice as large. I'd like to come back and spend an entire day. There was a great hot pink chest I would have bought if I could get it home for the foot of my bed lol. It was such a cute place and there was this cute Moon we took pics in. 

I so love her! 

she then took me to a huge International Food Market. It was super fun. I was extremely exhausted by the time we got home and my legs hurt so bad. I was super happy to lay down. It was a wonderful and yet exhausting day!!
