No joke .. and I'm choosing this because Tyrell occasionally shows up randy and oh he was frustrating this particular week. Mind you I haven't seen him since that last holy shit time. So frustrating.
This week the rest of my shipment arrived and oh I love this skirt!
I had all the rest of my tax treats to myself arrive and after thinking about it .. I'm not going to regret it. I did not know my job was going to turn as it did and damn it I deserved to spoil myself a little. I have truly worked fucking hard. I also got my new bong and it's the most adorable disco ball.
The outfit was worn to dinner at Stacy's with Lindsey and Candy.. and I was treating myself to a Long Island and a Steak. I deserved it and I remember being so frustrated with work I didn't want to think about it.
i was cute as fuck and I actually felt great for a bit. I just relaxed a little.
on the way home I mentioned my frustration with the table. So Linds decides it's going to be easy. So I'm showing her, she's slightly perplexed and I'm like see... It's not self explanatory. Wth?? So after she walks and looks she decides that one of the tracks is off and shit. So she fucks with it and finally it's basically can be screwed together. And she makes a comment about it basically being self explanatory. This literally pisses me off. I'm like no it isn't. I would never have thought to see if a track was bent to line up right and it took you a minute to think of it because you think that way. Like I was pissed. I was ready to simply not speak to her for several days.. I was livid.

Sunday..April 28, Pg. 119.. id decided I was making apple fritters. Well I did a couple apple and a couple blueberry. And man it was cool!
i definitely would like to keep playing with the Apple to find the right balance of flavor that I'd like. Lots of apple and lots of cinnamon!
id planned to keep the oil until I did the Blueberry Fritters. The moisture in the blueberries caused so much splatter and the oil ended up with bits of blueberries in it. So the apple I could have saved but not after the blueberry lol.
I made a simple glaze and here they are! I absolutely tried one of each with a big cup of coffee!
i am so glad that I've decided to just try things. For so long if anything was remotely intimidating or too much work I simply dismissed it. I think I've dismissed myself more than anyone else has dismissed me. But I'm trying not to anymore.
And the finished picture for the April Drawing Challenge. The backside has a really horrible octopus, an equally horrible sunken ship and and equally wtf treasure chest lol but there are several pieces of this I quite love! I'm so glad I did it!! Also.. April is over. And I was supposed to have Inventory in two days but we'll cover that in the first May post.
